Elegant and contemporary, the hotel is located in a 15th-century palace at the heart of the city, just a few steps from the majestic Piazza San Marco.
Originally it was the residence of a noble family from Lucca, who came to Venice in the 1300s to practice the art of silk. In the early 1900s, it passed into the hands of the Keller family, becoming not only a residence but also the seat of the honorary Swiss consulate.

The privileged site enjoyed by Palazzo Keller, in the heart of Venice’s historic centre, is made even more exclusive by its proximity to the city’s main historical and artistic interest point. Nestled among Venice’s most important attractions, the hotel maintains an intimate and quiet atmosphere in which it surrounds its guests, perfectly fusing Venetian classic taste and modernity.

The painstaking three-year restoration has created an elegant, comfortable and relaxing environment where the contemporary restraint of the furnishings balances the Baroque style. In the rooms and suites, every detail displays the Italian art of living, from Rubelli wallpapers and curtains made by local artisans to Murano glass chandeliers and lamps from the Fortuny collection.

VENICE

Venice is a unique city famous for its canals, bridges and picturesque houses on the water. The city is divided into “sestieri”, or districts, each with its personality and characteristics. There is only one square, ‘Piazza San Marco’, which is the heart of the city and is surrounded by important historical buildings, including St Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace. Venice is famous for its art and culture, with numerous galleries and museums to visit. You can sail along the canals on a gondola or go shopping in the shops along the calli. The city offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafés where you can enjoy the local cuisine and savour the philosophy of dandyism.
